Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Researcher specializing in AI Agent Frameworks to join our cutting-edge research and development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest developments in AI, with expertise in model updates, architecture implementation, and theoretical knowledge of model performance. Open-source contributions and research publications will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate, and enhance AI agent frameworks to solve complex problems and improve system capabilities.
• Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
• Implement and optimize AI models with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  
• Conduct theoretical and experimental analyses to validate and improve AI architectures and their real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Author and present research papers, white papers, and technical reports to share findings and insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Masters in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks and multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency in the latest machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with model development, fine-tuning, and architecture optimization.
• Deep knowledge of theoretical concepts such as attention mechanisms, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
• Open Source Contributions: Demonstrable contributions to open-source projects in AI or related fields.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python, with experience in other programming languages as a plus.
