Objective

As Chief Technology Officer, you will define and lead the strategic evolution of our data and analytics technology vision. We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader with deep expertise in data platforms, data science, and analyticsnot just traditional software development. Your primary mission will be to scale our technology infrastructure and talent to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge, scalable, and insight-driven.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technology teams in data and analytics-driven organizations. You bring deep expertise across the entire lifecycle of data-centric product development and can seamlessly align technical strategy with broader business objectives to drive innovation and tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a scalable technology roadmap that aligns with business priorities, with a strong focus on analytics, AI/ML, and real-time data processing.
• Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead top-tier engineering and data science teams, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Data Architecture & Infrastructure: Architect and oversee implementation of modern data platformsincluding data lakes, pipelines, and scalable infrastructureacross AWS or similar cloud environments.
• Analytics & AI Enablement: Drive the development of advanced analytics capabilities, predictive models, and AI/ML solutions that enhance product insights and decision-making.
  
• Customer-Centric Product Development: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Client teams to translate user needs into scalable, high-impact technology solutions.
• Security, Privacy & Compliance: Ensure data practices align with industry standards and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOC2, and other relevant policies.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external analytics platforms, data providers, and outsourced engineering partners.
• Agile, DevOps & MLOps Practices: Champion modern delivery practices to streamline development, testing, deployment, and model lifecycle management.
• Strategic Collaboration: Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership in evaluating new technologies, investments, and innovation initiatives that enhance our data and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles leading data or analytics-focused teams within high-growth, product-driven environments.
• Proven experience building scalable data platforms, AI/ML products, or analytics solutions for enterprise customers.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure and others), big data architecture, data governance, and real-time analytics.

  Hands-on familiarity with tools and technologies such as Python, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with industry-leading and emerging AI/ML-enabled tools for data applications.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences.
