Job Description
- Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) using keywords, filters and Boolean search.
- Screen resumes to shortlist relevant candidates based on hiring requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication and role fit.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
- Follow up with candidates during various stages of the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities when needed.
- Assist with documentation and onboarding coordination for new hires.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
