Our client is one of the fastest growing Data and AI companies and they are looking for SureSkills to support them in building a team of Learning Consultants in India.

As a Learning Consultant you will join our Channel & Partner Success team at SureSkills but day-to-day you will be working for our client. If you enjoy helping businesses grow through impactful learning strategiesand love working with partners to build real capabilitythis could be the role for you.

In this position, youll be supporting one of our global tech clients by helping their partner network become better equipped and ready for business. That means working closely with partners to understand where the gaps are, designing learning programs that actually move the needle, and making sure they stick over time.

You wont just be building training plansyoull be embedding learning into the way partner organizations work. Youll also be engaging with senior stakeholders, showing them how learning initiatives lead to real business results.

What youll be doing

• Understanding partner learning needs and where skill gaps exist
• Designing smart, practical learning strategies that support business goals
• Advising partners on how to grow skills across their teams
• Getting buy-in from leadership and helping them see the value of learning
• Keeping track of progress and making data-backed recommendations
• Using insights to refine learning plans and keep things on track
• Sharing clear, actionable updates with stakeholders along the way

What were looking for

• 5+ years of experience in L&D consulting or a similar business-facing role
• Fluent in English
• A strategic thinker who can connect learning with business impact
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly
• Comfortable with dataable to pull out insights and tell a story with them
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Tech, or related field
• Deep technical expertise in Data and AI and cloud computing
• Experience in partner enablement, channel sales, or tech consulting would be great
