Job Description
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and supporting revenue growth by selling freight forwarding and logistics services. The role involves customer acquisition, account management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics
- Support and manage existing customer accounts
- Promote air, ocean (FCL & LCL), and inland transportation services
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and service proposals
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution
- Conduct customer meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build customer relationships
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Result-oriented and self-motivated

- Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or freight forwarding (freshers with logistics exposure can apply)
