Human Resources (HR) Executive – Skincare/Beauty Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our skincare company. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the skincare or beauty industry and be capable of managing end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

* Manage employee records and HR documentation

* Coordinate with different departments for hiring needs

* Maintain attendance, payroll inputs, and leave records

* Ensure smooth employee engagement and grievance handling

* Support performance management processes

* Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance

Requirements:

* 1–3 years of HR experience specifically in the skincare or beauty industry

* Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in hiring for retail/store staff or beauty professionals

* Knowledge of HR software/tools is a plus
