Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a French Language Specialist to support our client. The ideal candidate should be fluent in French and English.
Minimum B2 CERTIFICATION in French is Mandatory.
Role & responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve issues and provide solutions on time
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries
- Stay updated with product knowledge and customer service best practices
Preferred candidate profile
- Fluency in French & English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high Customer volumes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including nights and weekends.
