We are hiring Senior Travel Consultants experienced in Amadeus and Sabre GDS to handle end-to-end corporate business travel operations through the Expedia process.
The role involves managing international and domestic ticketing for corporate clients while ensuring service excellence and accuracy in fare management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international for corporate clients.
- Work on Amadeus and Sabre GDS for booking, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Manage end-to-end travel requests including flights, hotels, and itinerary coordination.
- Ensure fare accuracy, ticketing compliance, and timely PNR updates.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams for smooth travel operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Amadeus & Sabre experience Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in ticketing (issuance, reissue, cancellation, refund)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an international or corporate travel process
