We are hiring candidates for International No -Voice Support.

Job Criteria:

• Handle Customer queries through Chat / Email.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
• Stay updated with product information and company policies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Should be available to join us immediately.

Shift Timings & Off

5-day work week with 2-days rotational week offs (Predominantly night shifts)

Educational Qualification : +2(Graduation not mandatory)

Compensation CTC: 2.23 LPA

Additional Information:

• Work from office
• Cab facility available upto 25 km radius from office based on the shift timings between 6.30 pm - 6.30am

Selection Process:

1) HR Interview

2) SD Panel Interview

3) Online Language Assessment
