Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be a vital member of our Investment Banking Operations team, supporting the execution of complex transactions and ensuring smooth operational processes.
What you will do: You will assist in various operational tasks related to deal execution, trade support, and client servicing, contributing to the overall success of our investment banking operations.
Key responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation
- Support the execution of various investment banking transactions
- Maintain accurate records and track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operational processes
- Contribute to the development and improvement of operational procedures
- Provide support to senior team members on complex transactions
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment banking operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
