We are Hiring candidates for international voice process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary voice contact for B2B customers
- Deliver accurate, timely, and professional customer support
- Handle calls with ownership, empathy, and strong problem-solving
- Maintain and update call logs and customer records
- Meet performance metrics: quality, productivity, attendance & FCR
- Suggest process improvements and flag recurring issues
- Pitch sales confidently during customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Ability to manage real-time international voice calls
