#We are hiring for International Voice. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills in English, who wants to kick start a career in International Customer Support domain.

We are on the lookout for candidates with Excellent communication in English to join our team as Customer Support Associates to assist our global clientele.
*Role: Customer Care Associate / Customer support (Voice and non-voice)
*Required Skills:
*Experience: 0-3years
*Location: Kochi , WFO
Roles and Responsibilities :
Excellent communication skills
Immediate availability for joining our team
Listening to customers' concerns and handling complaints and returns.
Giving detailed explanations of services or products.
Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints.
Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.

Candidate should be excellent in communication skills
Should have good non verbal communication skills
Looking for typing speed of 35WPM 90% Accuracy
Good to have customer handling skills
Should have good knowledge on customer support
Graduates & Undergraduates can also apply
Should be flexible to work from office and night shifts
Please note : This would be a WFO opportunity with rotational night shifts
Work Location - Kochi
Salary - as per the market standards.
