Hiring: Accounts Assistant / Cash Book Accountant – Ghana (West Africa)

URVA Consulting is hiring on behalf of an Indian-managed manufacturing company based in Ghana (West Africa).

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts professional who is comfortable managing cash book, petty cash, and day-to-day accounting activities in a factory environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who have worked in small manufacturing units or operational setups, where accounting work is practical and execution-driven.

Location

Ghana, West Africa (Full-time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cash book and day book

• Handle petty cash management
• Record daily financial transactions
• Track expenses and vendor payments
• Maintain accounting records
• Support stock and expense tracking
• Assist in reconciliation and reporting

Candidate Profile

• 4–7 years of accounting experience
• Strong hands-on experience in cash book writing is essential
• Experience in factory or manufacturing setup preferred
• Working knowledge of Tally / basic accounting software
• B.Com / M.Com preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Ghana (West Africa)
