Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA in Finance considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Profit & Loss Management: Oversee and manage the financial performance of residential development projects, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Transactional Financial Oversight: Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure all financial activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align financial objectives with project goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial management within the real estate sector, specifically in residential development projects in Bangalore.
• Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to transactional financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
