Store Executive

Ensure Daily GRN, Inward and outward of Materials without any deviations.
Owner and Custodian of materials which are in store inventory stock.
Follow strictly FIFO and BIN card system.
100% Adherence to Physical stock vs System stock at any point of time. (Conduct Monthly stock checks and stock Audits)
Ensure Materials are identified and arranged in accessible and countable manner.
Material issuance to Production within 2hrs, based on material requestion.
Maintain Minimum inventory of materials as per min max sheet. (Follow up with sourcing team)
Ensure all RM inspected and accepted by Quality Team.
Strict adherence to store operation system.
Diploma/Any degree from a recognized institute.
Flexibility to adapt and work in close quarters with internal (Production / QC / Dispatch) + External teams (Customers / Suppliers).
Keen negotiator with an acumen to analyse the value of goods and provide feedback to the concerned departments.
