Job Description

As a Divisional Manager Strategy & Projects at SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd., you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision and strategy of the Bank under the guidance of the Managing Director. With your experience and expertise, you will be responsible for driving growth and transformation through strategic initiatives and projects.

You should be a management graduate with a total experience of about 12-15 years, including 5-7 years in banking and financial institutions. Experience in Product Management, Digital, Analytics, Strategy, Project Management, or similar roles will be an added advantage for this position.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with C-Level executives and departmental heads to develop and execute strategies that align with the Bank's vision. You will work closely with the management team to implement strategic interventions, analyze emerging opportunities for organizational growth, and support decision-making with data-driven insights.

As a self-starter with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking capabilities, you will be instrumental in driving the change agenda within the organization.
