Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah for an Administrative Assistant with 0 to 2 years of experience. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing emails and correspondence, organizing files, and ensuring smooth office operations. The individual will support various departments, assist in preparing reports and documents, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications

  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, file management, and document preparation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients

  • Basic proficiency with office software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Relevant educational background such as a diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
