We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify and appoint potential business partners and expand our dealer and retailer network. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and establish strong relationships within the renewable energy market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential markets, business opportunities, and trends in the solar lighting industry.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Develop strategies to onboard new dealers and retailers in untapped regions.
  • Establish strong relationships with dealers and retailers to promote brand loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with partners.
  • Drive sales through the expanded network and meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance of dealers and retailers, providing support to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective business partners.
  • Address concerns and provide solutions to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that support dealer and retailer sales.
  • Conduct product training and workshops for partners.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on market insights, partner performance, and sales achievements.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in at 1 year in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong network-building and negotiation skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of solar lighting or renewable energy products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
