About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Commercial Solar EPC segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solar EPC solutions for commercial and industrial clients. This role requires strong market understanding, technical awareness of solar systems, and a passion for clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial solar EPC projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct site visits and preliminary assessments to understand client requirements and evaluate solar installation feasibility.
  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop customized solar EPC proposals and project solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal submission and deal closure.
  • Monitor industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 25 years of sales experience in Solar EPC, renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and industrial solar EPC projects and rooftop solar systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
