Government Sales Manager (10-15 Years of Experience)

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Government Sales Manager for one of our verticals. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring client retention in the government sector. The role involves liaising with government departments, managing key client relationships, and leading end-to-end business development for innovative projects.

Role Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Location: Maharashtra
  • Educational Background:
  • MBA or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 10-15 years of experience in government sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Experience in handling large-scale government projects and tenders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Government Relations & Sales: Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and departments.
  • Liaison with Authorities: Act as a key point of contact with bureaucrats and other government representatives.
  • Business Development: Lead the end-to-end business cycle management, including client demonstrations, presentations, and engagements.
  • Project Management: Manage government clients for projects such as Animatronics Projects, High-Tech Interpretation Parks, Scientific Galleries, and Museums.
  • Pre-Bid Meetings & Presentations: Attend pre-bidding meetings and deliver impactful presentations when required.
  • Client Satisfaction: Resolve client concerns and foster a positive brand image.
  • Revenue Maximization: Manage sales with a focus on maximizing revenues consistently and on time.
  • Tendering Process: Participate in and manage government tendering processes.
  • Solution Upselling: Identify and upsell multiple solutions offered by Innovative.
