: Sales Executive
Join our dynamic sales team at Swargaseema Sandalwood Farms Pvt Ltd, one of Telanganas fastest-growing real estate developers. As a Sales Executive, youll play a key role in helping clients find their dream property while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Act as the first point of contact for site visitors, understand client needs, and build lasting relationships.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
Conduct property presentations, achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Management & Reporting:
Follow up on inquiries, maintain records of interactions, and provide regular sales updates to the manager.
- Market Research:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Real Estate preferred).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior real estate sales experience is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus.
