Maintenance Manager - API Plant

Role & responsibilities

1. Planning and execution of maintenance activities.

2.Utility Log sheet monitoring.

3.Co- ordination with all departments pertaining to maintenance activity.

4.Review utility consumption report on daily / monthly basis.

5.Preventive maintenance of all the equipment monitoring.

6.Ensure calibration of instruments as per the plan and test certificates.

7.Approve the Indent of spare, accessories.

8.Monitoring of maintenance as per schedule & at urgency without hampering on quality & production of product.

9.To approve engineering documents/ purchase requisition for the department.

10.To control the maintenance expenses.

11.To ensure smooth functioning of water system, HVAC, ETP, Utility & implementation of it.

12.To ensure AHU validations as per plan.

13.Authorized to approve maintenance jobs to contractors in consultation with General Manager-P&A.

14.AMC for the different equipment from outside with proper documentation.

15.Provide specific job trainings to the concerned personnel within the factory.

16.Maintain cGMP in the department and its related documentation.

17.To ensure the discipline within the department.

18.Ensure All type of work with proper safety.

19.Ensure proper housekeeping in the department.

20.Review and monitoring of all Equipments Qualification.

21.Review of SOPs.

22.Review and maintain compliances.

23.Organize the training of U&M dept. as per Training Calendar and review of training documents.
