Sr. Executive / Executive - MIS

The Executive MIS will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting critical operational, production, quality, and inventory data related to API manufacturing processes. The role requires strong analytical capability, data accuracy, regulatory awareness, and the ability to convert data into meaningful insights to support decision-making at plant and management levels.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to:
• Production output and yield
• Batch-wise performance
• Raw Material / Finished Goods consumption
• WIP status
• 
  Inventory levels
• Dispatch and sales coordination data
• Ensure timely submission of reports to Plant Head and Management.
• Maintain accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data
• Analyze consumption patterns Raw Material and Finished Goods
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, and QA for stock reconciliation
• Prepare dashboards for performance monitoring
• Suggest data-driven improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency
• Maintain master data accuracy, Automate reports wherever feasible to improve efficiency

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards)
• Working knowledge of ERP / SAP systems
• Understanding of API manufacturing process
• Basic statistical analysis knowledge
• Good documentation practices (GDP)
• Familiarity with GMP & regulatory environment
