Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager at Swavy in Beirut. The candidate will be part of the operations team and will be responsible for communication with influencers and brands, influencer sourcing and outreach, conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies, data analysis and reporting, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities & Requirements

- 23 years of experience in operations, marketing coordination, or account management

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams

- Familiarity with influencer marketing or startup environments is a plus

- Fluent in English and Arabic a must
