Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, therapists, etc.).
  
• Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a database of healthcare professionals for current and future job openings.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Keep track of candidates' application status and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in Human Resources, Healthcare, or related fields).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using job portals and social media platforms.
