Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive who will own the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to deal closure. The ideal candidate is energetic, resilient, detail-oriented, and experienced in closing deals with North American clients. This is a high-activity, high-impact role within a fast-growing startup environment.


(Night Shifts: 8 AM - 5 PM CST)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Conduct 150+ outbound cold calls daily to convenience store owners across the United States.
  • Educate prospects on how our technology can enhance and optimize their business operations.
  • Convert qualified prospects into paying customers through effective consultative selling.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records with high data integrity.
  • Participate in product and sales strategy experiments, providing structured feedback directly to leadership.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales playbooks, scripts, and processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales closing experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience closing deals with American or Canadian clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Verbal fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong resilience and mental fortitude to handle high outbound activity and evolving priorities.
  • Ability to balance high call volumes with meaningful, results-driven conversations.
  • Highly coachable, adaptable, and open to new tools, strategies, and feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail with disciplined CRM management.
