Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sitecore Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining Sitecore-based websites and applications. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and technical expertise in the Sitecore platform.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- [5+] years of experience in supporting and maintaining Sitecore CMS environments.
- Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture, features, and components (experience with versions [mention specific versions] is a plus).
- Experience with Sitecore tools such as Sitecore Content Hub, Experience Platform, and Experience Editor is desirable.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging Sitecore, .NET, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of database management systems like SQL Server.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Sitecore Certification (e.g., Sitecore Certified Professional Developer or Administrator).
- Experience working in a DevOps or Agile environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted Sitecore environments, such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with other CMS platforms or digital marketing tools.
