Experience Required: CA Inter with 2+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• MIS & P&L Reporting:
• Responsible for preparation and review of MIS, accounting, and handling respective line items of P&L reporting.
• Drive automation initiatives in MIS and reporting wherever required.

• Variance Analysis:
• Perform detailed variance analysis for revenue & reversals, and identify the key drivers of variances.
• Provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
• Audit, Compliance & Controls:
• Prepare audit schedules, aging reports, financial disclosures, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Assist in implementation of internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and consultants during due diligence and audits.
• Accounts Receivable & Reporting:
• Manage accounts receivables and coordinate with stakeholders for timely collections.
• Prepare ageing and unbilled reports bi-weekly and review open items with internal teams to drive closure.

• Identify gaps in existing processes and propose/implement improvements.
• Leverage strong understanding of business operations and underlying financial data to streamline workflows.

Key Requirements:

• CA Inter qualified with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in MIS, accounting, financial reporting, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit practices.
• Hands-on experience with variance analysis, ageing, receivables management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, accounting software (SAP/Oracle/Zoho Books), and familiarity with automation tools preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
