Job Description
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create effective job postings.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
- Drive the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including orientations, documentation, and integration into company culture.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and support the management in implementing solutions.
- Develop and promote employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Performance Management:
- Facilitate performance review processes, assisting managers in goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Track and report on employee performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Support the creation of individual development plans and career growth opportunities for employees.
- Training & Development:
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training sessions.
- Support employee development programs and workshops aimed at enhancing skills and professional growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure desired outcomes.
- HR Compliance & Administration:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure HR processes comply with legal standards.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, including employee files, attendance, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Payroll & Benefits Support:
- Assist in the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and addressing any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure employees are well-informed about available benefits and assist with enrollment and changes.
- HR Projects & Initiatives:
- Collaborate with leaders to implement new policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Participate in and manage special HR projects such as employee surveys, wellness programs, or diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices to improve the employee experience.
