- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Act as the primary contact for client communication
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Manage existing accounts and ensure client retention
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services
- Monitor account performance and growth
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, service, finance)
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
