Job Description
- Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU) invites applications for the position of Vice Principal at their Pune campus. As the Vice Principal, you will support the Principal in providing academic leadership, managing school operations, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment at SIU. Your role will involve supervising staff, implementing curriculum, and maintaining discipline in alignment with the school's vision and policies. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing academic plans, supervising teaching staff, monitoring student performance, and coordinating school activities and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing academic plans and school policies.
- Supervise teaching staff and ensure quality instructional delivery.
- Coordinate school activities, events, and parent communication.
- Ensure compliance with education regulations and standards.
- Step in as Acting Principal when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters degree in Education or related field (preferred).
