Area Sales Manager - Auto/Auto Ancillary
Job Description
The role is responsible for driving regional passenger vehicle sales performance by managing the end-to-end sales funnel and ensuring strong dealer network execution. It focuses on building and maintaining effective dealer relationships to achieve profitability, process compliance, and consistent retail growth, while identifying market opportunities and executing targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
The role also ensures a high standard of customer experience through adherence to sales processes and continuous improvement in dealership operations. Additionally, it involves leading and developing dealer sales teams, while leveraging data insights, digital tools, and efficient inventory planning to maximize conversion, productivity, and overall business performance.
- Manage and strengthen dealer network performance to ensure profitability, compliance, and consistent retail growth.
- Improve conversion ratios through effective sales processes, digital tool adoption, and customer engagement strategies.
- Identify market opportunities and execute strategic initiatives to expand customer base and increase market penetration.

- Plan and implement regional marketing and promotional activities in alignment with central teams.
