Area Sales Manager (Automotive OEM)
- Drive regional passenger vehicle sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage dealer network performance, profitability, and relationships
- Improve sales funnel conversion (Enquiry - Test Drive - Booking - Retail)
- Monitor market trends, competition, and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to sales processes
- Manage inventory, demand forecasting, and reduce ageing stock
- Train, guide, and motivate dealer sales teams for better productivity
