Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles in the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with fleet operators, institutional clients, and retail customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (dealers/distributors) and key accounts.
- Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and local marketing initiatives to drive vehicle sales.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring compliance with pricing and discount policies.
Customer Engagement & Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with the service team for timely delivery, after-sales support, and issue resolution.
- Conduct product demonstrations, road shows, and presentations for prospective customers.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement and customer retention.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning in the market.
- Provide regular reports on sales achievement, pipeline, lost orders, and market trends.
- Work closely with regional and corporate teams to align territory sales with overall business objectives.

Team & Dealer Management:
- Support and train dealer sales staff to improve sales effectiveness.
- Ensure dealer adherence to company sales and service standards.
- Drive channel profitability through volume growth and service excellence.
