Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Business Head, located in Mumbai for industrial and commercial division of Symphony.

- The Area Business Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing business operations within the designated area, including sales strategies, business development, and team leadership.

- Day-to-day tasks include setting targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring market trends, and improving overall business performance.

- The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:

- Experience in sales strategy, business development, and customer relationship management in B2B and Projects scenario.

- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed business decisions

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in an on-site capacity

- Relevant experience in the cooling solutions or HVAC industry is a plus

- Strong dealer management skill is essential
