WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Senior member of our Product Management function, you will have a major role in defining and executing product strategy and development – from deeply understanding customers’ strategic problems to envisioning and designing highly usable solutions that help those customers solve those problems completely, quickly, and effectively. We are looking for someone who wants to leverage new technologies and always be innovating.
You will be developing and productising AI solutions and how to do the same with GenAI solutions.
KEY ACTIVITIES
In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing products for leading retailers and CPGs within our Supply Chain Management portfolio.
Working closely with colleagues from different teams, you’ll provide expert guidance and support to define the vision and roadmap and ensure its delivery, including involvement in ‘go to market’ activities. You will have a clear understanding of how to create value for our customers in a manner we can bring to market with retailers and CPGs. You will use your strategic thinking and approach to cement your role as the trusted partner to the business.

• Drive product strategies and roadmap aligned to the broader product and company vision
• Engage with end-users on a regular basis to better understand and see responses to latest ideas
• Leverage tightly integrated cross-functional teams to solve key problems faced by our clients

• Own the product backlog, define, and scope user stories to drive desired business and customer impact
• Take an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals.
• Coordinate and motivate a cross-functional team aligned to a single vision
• Stay close to the market identifying new opportunities or risks
• Support documentation for training teams
• Define, track, and communicate metrics that help understand how well initiatives are meeting objectives and define future priorities.
• Partner with Marketing to produce and deliver sales enablement and customer facing product materials
  

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (in Product Management)
• Grocery retail domain knowledge
• Experience developing or productising AI solutions - if you have GenAI experience all the better!
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Entrepreneurial mind set
• Technologically minded with a love for solving problems
