Key Knowledge & Skills

• 1214 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including General Ledger (GL), record-to-report processes, and reconciliations.
• Expertise in entity-based accounting, cash, bank, and treasury management.
• Proven experience handling audit requests, queries, and statutory compliance for global entities, including local financial statements.
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and account consolidation.

• Experience with US GAAP is mandatory.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and apply accounting principles in entity-based financial operations.
• Manage end-to-end General Ledger accounting, including bank and intercompany transactions.
• Serve as both an individual contributor and team manager, leading sub-teams efficiently.
• Ensure work allocation and timely execution across the team.
• Collaborate with auditors and address compliance issues in coordination with key stakeholders.
• Ensure statutory compliance and effective financial reporting.
