This is a remote position.
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Assist in developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, content, email, and social media
- Plan and manage online campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility
- Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for campaign optimization
2. Content Development
- Write and publish marketing content including blogs, website copy, landing pages, email newsletters, case studies, and social posts
- Coordinate with consultants and solution architects to turn technical content into client-friendly marketing materials
- Ensure content consistency in tone, branding, and visual identity
3. SEO & SEM Management
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization
- Manage organic SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic
- Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analyze performance metrics
4. Social Media Management
- Manage daily activities on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube
- Develop a monthly content calendar and scheduling strategy
- Engage with the community, monitor mentions, and respond to relevant inquiries
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns and newsletters
- Segment mailing lists and analyze email performance (CTR, open rate, conversion)
- Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms for automation
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to track and report campaign performance
- Develop weekly/monthly reports with recommendations for ongoing improvements
- Monitor web traffic trends and generate insights for marketing strategy updates
7. Office Management & Administrative Support
- Support the leadership team in scheduling internal and client meetings
- Maintain internal documentation such as pitch decks, meeting notes, invoices, and project trackers
- Help manage company email accounts, Google Workspace tools, and CRM systems
- Coordinate vendor relationships or freelance engagements (copywriters, designers, etc.)
- Assist in internal communication, event planning, and HR documentation if needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to content, SEO, and campaign execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, CMS (WordPress), email marketing software, Canva
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks independently

- Experience working in a startup or consulting environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, CRM or B2B SaaS products
- Experience using Apollo.io for outreach, lead generation, or campaign management
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Jira or similar)
- Certifications in Google Cloud, Google Ads, SEO, or HubSpot
