Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team at Scott International. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficiency in tax preparation and expertise in financial statements
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Experience with bank and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Get Hired
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions
• Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and liaise with tax authorities
• Provide support during audits and assist in internal control processes
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights
• Manage financial data in Microsoft Excel and any other accounting software
