Required a Skilled And Experienced Sr. Test Manager
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and workloads.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing practices within the software development lifecycle.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of test cases, scripts, and scenarios to ensure product quality.

• Monitor and report on test activities and progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  

Skills:

• Proven experience in a senior test management role within a large-scale project environment.
• Should have experience in investment banking / trading lifecycle
• Strong experience in large scale transformation / data migration projects. It’s important to have experience in end-to-end lifecycle
• Good to have database testing experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skill. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in test management tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation related to testing activities.
