Project Co-Ordinator/Specialist

Synedyne Systems is seeking experienced Project Co-Ordinator/Specialist who will be working with CFT to deliver projects in line with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall project delivery including initiation/planning, implementation, transition and closure.
• Work with the system, supply chain, Quality Assurance (QA), manufacturing engineering teams to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with the necessary features/functionality
• Work to execute projects, ensuring that teams have the appropriate product and technical specifications and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines to ensure projects meet deadlines
• Ensures that the product development process abides by all defined cross-functional standards, and all compliance such as Quality Management System (QMS)
• Identifies early and solves complex and ambiguous cross-functional integration problems leading the team to deliver team commitments.
• Project planning and tracking of activities/tasks
• Escalate and identify other routes where progress is stuck
• Tracking and following up the action items at a project level
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to address Project needs
• Effectively plan & organize work to deliver consistent results
• Ensure regular and optimal communication with all stakeholders
• Stake Holder Management
• To maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues logs, and risk management plans
• Is expected to contribute to processes, methods and tool improvements as part of the overall continuous improvement cycles

Skills and other requirements:

• Bachelors degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Engineering.
• 3+ Years of experience in Project management.
