In this role, youll join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting where you will help make life science R&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. Youll help organizations in times of change whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology or a combination of these. You will:

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customers business goals, processes, operations, and expectations
• Lead workstreams to complete a wide range of project activities and deliverables, including gap assessments and recommendations; business process design, optimization, and capture; and design and execution of change management and training initiatives
• Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
• Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team members
• Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
• Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
  
• Actively build networks of customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals
  

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in life sciences or business
• Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role
• Experience working in one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
• Engagement management experience
• Experience developing controlled documents, such as SOPs, Work Instructions, and How-to-Guides

• Masters degree in life sciences or business
• Experience with designing and/or translating clinical development and operations processes into controlled documents
