Our Sr Technology Talent Acquisition Advisor thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and will have a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. They will forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

Some of What Youll Do

Scope of the Role:

  • Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Outreach:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top IT talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT positions.
  • Screening and Selection:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify relevant skills and experience.
    • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
    • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and challenges.
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Market Research and Reporting:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
    • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Experience, Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 10 years of proven experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Advisor or in a similar technical recruiting role.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of IT roles, including software developers, network engineers, system administrators, and cybersecurity professionals.
  • Technical background or certifications in IT-related fields.
