The Role: Business Development Manager - App & Web Development
We need a dynamic, results-driven BDM with proven international technology sales experience. Perfect for strategic professionals who build global relationships and drive significant revenue growth in competitive development markets.

Mobile App Development: Native iOS/Android, cross-platform solutions, enterprise apps, e-commerce platforms
Web Development: Custom applications, e-commerce platforms, PWAs, enterprise solutions with cloud integration
Additional Services: UI/UX design, digital transformation consulting, cloud migration, API development
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Development:
Drive expansion across UK, Australia, Middle East through targeted outbound sales
Identify new opportunities in app/web development across assigned territories
Conduct market research on regional trends, competitors, and client needs
Client Acquisition & Revenue:
Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking
Build C-level relationships with IT decision-makers across target markets
Achieve sales targets for development services, negotiate contracts $25K-$500K+
Manage complete sales cycles from prospecting to closure
What Were Looking For
Essential Requirements:
5-8 years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in international markets
$1M+ annual sales achievement in IT services or software solutions
App/web development sales experience to enterprise clients
Bachelors degree in Business/Engineering (MBA preferred)
Technical Knowledge:
Mobile development understanding (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter)
Web development familiarity (React, Node.js, PHP, .NET)
Basic cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional English communication for international prospects
Consultative selling expertise and complex solution sales
Cultural awareness for multi-region business
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot)
