Role Overview

We are looking for a high-calibre marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with relentless execution discipline.

You will work directly with senior leadership to build, position, and elevate the brand in the private wealth and financial services space. The role offers high exposure, steep learning, and proximity to real decision-making across brand, strategy, and growth initiatives.

You will operate as a force multiplier bringing structure, analytical clarity, and premium brand sensibility to everything we put into the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Strategic Positioning

• Develop and execute structured marketing calendars aligned with business priorities
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
• Translate business strategy into brand narratives

2. Digital & Thought Leadership

• Own LinkedIn strategy and execution
• Conceptualise and execute high-quality content (long-form, short-form, video-led)
• Work closely with designers and editors (very good design sensibility preferred)
• Track performance analytics and optimise for engagement

3. Events & Premium Experiences

• Plan and execute curated investor events, roundtables, and launches
• Coordinate with venues, agencies, designers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure every event reflects a premium, detail-driven experience aligned with HNI expectations

4. Strategic Initiatives

• Assist in structuring decks, briefs, and strategic documents
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Skills Required

• 24 years of relevant experience with high-growth start-ups, consulting firms, or premium/luxury brands.
• Understands financial markets
