About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI applications using Azure AI Foundry, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RAG pipelines integrating Azure OpenAI with Azure AI Search (Vector DB).
• Build and maintain AI Foundry Knowledge Bases connected to
  
  Fabric semantic models and OneLake.
• Implement embedding models and manage vector indexes for unstructured data retrieval and grounding.
• Develop conversational interfaces, dashboards, or apps using Streamlit, Azure App Service, or Copilot for Fabric.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure AI models consume accurate, refreshed, and governed data.
• Tune and optimize LLM prompts, temperature, grounding strategies, and evaluation metrics for enterprise-grade use cases.
• Integrate Microsoft Purview for lineage, metadata governance, and responsible AI monitoring.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy (including PDPA/internal governance standards) across AI systems.
• Contribute to automation of continuous learning, retraining workflows, and LLM lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions on

  Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Cognitive Services, and vector-based systems.
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Synapse Data Science Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of RAG architecture, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with data governance tools such as Purview and Key Vault.
• Prior experience building chatbots, AI assistants, or generative document intelligence applications.
• Proficiency in Python, LangChain, FastAPI, Streamlit, or related frameworks.
