Senior Consultant Digital Transformation

Job Objective:
The Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation initiatives at Tabreed. This role involves overseeing the liaison between the product/solution delivery team and all end-user stakeholders to ensure the resolution and close-out of all business process issues. The consultant will leverage emerging and advanced technologies to design products and solutions that significantly impact business output, increase visibility, and support process efficiency. Utilizing data-driven methods, the consultant will lead efforts to enhance business processes, integrate advanced technological capabilities, and provide innovative solutions to improve overall business performance.
Key Accountabilities:
Stakeholder Liaison

• Oversee the liaison between the solution delivery team and all end-user stakeholders.
• Ensure the resolution and close-out of all business process issues, maintaining clear communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
  

Business Process Management and Improvement

• Drive the automated business process management framework and improvement efforts cross-functionally across the enterprise.
• Focus on increasing growth potential and improving all business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Integration and Leveraging of Emerging Technologies

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with Tabreed's objectives.
• Lead the integration of digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technological capabilities across various systems and processes at Tabreed and its entities.
• Utilize emerging and advanced technologies to design products and solutions that significantly impact business output.
• Aim to build a comprehensive digital customer experience by leveraging advanced technologies.
• 
  Increase visibility and support process efficiency through innovative technological applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  

Digital Innovation and Cost Effectiveness

• Drive innovation initiatives through the Tabreed Innovation Hub, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions that align with Tabreed's strategic goals.
• Provide support and resources for the development and testing of new ideas and technologies within the Tabreed Innovation Hub.
  

Business Analysis and ROI Assessment

• Supervise the business analysis of current products and solutions.
• Evaluate their effectiveness, value, and return on investment to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  

Stakeholder Collaboration and Project Management

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the digital transformation process.
• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Document project progress, including tracking and reporting performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Track and report on project performance metrics to stakeholders.
  

Training and Support

• Provide training and support to employees to help them adapt to new digital tools and technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A- Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  

B- Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital transformation, business process management, and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business processes
