TAC Security - Manager - Compliance

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to ensure our organization operates in full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
- The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective compliance program, conducting audits, and training staff on regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
-Revise procedures, reports, and policies periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.

- Draft, modify, and implement company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments (e. , HR, Legal, Operations) to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance across the organization.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or certifications such as CCEP, CRCM, or CAMS is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Compliance Manager, Legal Counsel, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e. , GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, AML, depending on your industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of ethics and integrity.
