Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment for cybersecurity and information security positions including but not limited to: Security Analysts, SOC Engineers, Penetration Testers, Security Architects, GRC specialists, and more.

- Partner with cybersecurity leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

- Utilize diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, networking events, etc.) to attract passive and active candidates.

- Screen and assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and technical capabilities.

- Maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate debrief sessions, and manage the offer process.

- Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity hiring trends, certifications, and skillsets to continuously improve recruitment strategy.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent

experience).

- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.

- 2 years of hands-on experience specifically recruiting for cybersecurity or IT security roles.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity job functions, certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM), and industry terminology.

- Excellent sourcing and networking skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
