Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Collaborate with the CEO & Chairman to define and execute the companys strategic vision and objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the business.

Operational Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments, including:
• Product Management
• Sales
• Marketing
• Delivery
• 
  Customer Success
• Legal & Compliance
• Finance & Operations
• Human Resources
• Develop and implement policies, processes, and systems to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess departmental and organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary changes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Foster collaboration and communication between departments to facilitate seamless execution of company initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and drive innovative solutions.
• Champion a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence throughout the organization.

Industry Expertise

• Leverage deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry to guide strategic decision-making and ensure TAC Security remains at the forefront of technological advancements and market trends.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (20+ years) in leadership roles within the cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of success in managing diverse functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in product management, sales, marketing, delivery, customer success, legal and compliance, financial management, operations, and human resources.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through ambiguity and change.
